Refunds

Cow Brand works hard to make sure every product is made from high-quality materials and shipped on time and accurately. You are fully protected by our Return and Exchange policy for a full 30 days after the purchase date if you are disappointed for any of the following reasons:

• The product itself is flawed.
• The print quality of the product is poor.
• The final product is materially different from the image shown on the product page.

Replacements and exchanges

We typically do not accept refunds for an incorrect choice of size, design or colour.

We can still send a replacement — you would only need to cover the shipping fee and a small handling fee (the handling fee varies by product type, for example a hoodie or a sweatshirt).

We’re happy to give a refund or send a free replacement if the product you receive is a different size or design from the one you ordered, or if the size chart on the website was incorrect.

If you are unhappy with your purchase in any other way, please contact us and we’ll find a solution — your satisfaction is our priority.

Please allow up to a 20% difference between the advertised images and the item you receive. Colours can look slightly different because of the lighting during the photo shoot or your monitor’s display.

In the rare case of a problem, most of the time we simply re-ship the item at our own cost. We are here for you.

Cancellations and modifications

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.

We ship once a day. Once an order has shipped we cannot change it — it would need to arrive, be sent back, and only then could we process a refund.

Cancellation or modification requests for orders placed with a promo code are excluded from this policy. See the Coupon / Promo / Discount codes section below for more information.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company — it can take some time before a refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank; there is often processing time before a refund appears. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us again.

Coupon / Promo / Discount codes

• Discount, promo and coupon codes cannot be applied to prior, existing or pending orders.
• Discounts cannot be converted to cash value.
• Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotion.
